The KLEINWACHTER TOM-600 electrostatic resistance tester from Germany is a professional instrument for measuring electrostatic resistance, which complies with the international IEC 61340-2-3 and EOS/ESD 4.1/6.1 standard specifications
The instrument adopts a menu based operation, and all measurement data and parameters can be displayed on the LCD screen. The data measured in the timed state can be saved in the instrument's memory, and after connecting to a computer, it can be viewed and managed using randomly matched software.
TOM-600 can measure the surface electrostatic resistance, volume electrostatic resistance, and grounding electrostatic resistance of objects. Measurement range: 2 x 10⁴- 2 x 10¹²Ω (20K Ω -2T Ω).
The instrument automatically selects the test voltage based on the actual resistance value. When the resistance value is less than 200k Ω, a 10VDC test voltage is used; When the resistance value is greater than or equal to 200k Ω, use a 100VDC test voltage. You can also manually select a fixed test voltage of 10V or 100V.
